Je werkt samen met interne en externe belanghebbenden om inclusieve oplossingen te creëren. Vereisten zijn onder andere een HBO bachelor diploma en minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring. Persoonlijke begeleiding door gecertificeerde coaches is beschikbaar.
