Christelijke Vacature zoekt een Persoonlijk Begeleider in Gronsveld die kan bijdragen aan de groei en stabiliteit van deelnemers binnen een beschermde woonvoorziening. U bent verantwoordelijk voor individuele begeleiding en zorg op maat, waarbij u een vertrouwensband opbouwt en stimuleert tot zelfstandig wonen.
Wij bieden een fulltime contract met een aantrekkelijk salaris tussen de €3.498 en €5.216, afhankelijk van ervaring, en talloze mogelijkheden om te groeien binnen ons team. Wij waarderen een positieve werksfeer en belonen uw inzet met extra verlofdagen en reiskostenvergoeding.
