Happy Nurse in Ommen zoekt een Begeleider niveau 4 in de geestelijke gezondheidszorg. In deze rol maak je het verschil voor cliënten met complexe hulpvragen door begeleiding en structuur te bieden, terwijl je samenwerkt met een multidisciplinair team.
Je krijgt een salaris conform FWG schaal 45 tussen de €3.020 en €4.057 bruto per maand en geniet van 25 vakantiedagen per jaar. Daarnaast bieden we jou een flexibele werkstructuur en persoonlijke begeleiding.
