Stichting Zozijn Zorg is op zoek naar een coördinerend begeleider in Raalte-Noord. In deze rol bied je warme zorg aan cliënten die veel lichamelijke ondersteuning nodig hebben, vooral met visuele beperkingen en epilepsie.
Je regelt het zorgplan, ondersteunt cliënten, en coacht medewerkers. Daarnaast stimuleer je de zelfredzaamheid van cliënten en waarborg je een veilige leefomgeving. We bieden een contract voor onbepaalde tijd met aantrekkelijke secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden.
