Gratis training vertrouwenscontactpersoon
In deze eendaagse training leer je wat de rol, de taken en de grenzen zijn van een vertrouwenscontactpersoon (VCP).
Een VCP gaat in gesprek met slachtoffer of beschuldigde en onderzoekt waar de persoon in kwestie terecht kan met zijn hulpvraag en welke mogelijke stappen genomen kunnen worden. Daarnaast helpt de VCP het bestuur grensoverschrijdend gedrag binnen de organisatie te voorkomen aan de hand van het beleid.
Enkele randvoorwaarden:- de VCP is geen bestuurslid
- kan om de vier jaar een VOG overleggen
- is niet inhoudelijk betrokken bij procedures
