COA Central Organization for asylum seekers in Rekken zoekt een empathische woonbegeleider jeugd. In deze rol begeleid je jongeren van 15 tot 18 jaar in hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling en zelfstandigheid. Je biedt ondersteuning binnen een team van 15 tot 40 medewerkers in een dynamische omgeving.
Met een Mbo-niveau 4 in een agogische richting en minimaal 3 jaar ervaring, ben je flexibel en beschikbaar voor verschillende diensten. Salaris bedraagt tussen €3.322,53 en €4.521,11 bruto per maand bij een dienstverband van 32 uur per week, met ruimte voor ontwikkeling.
