Humanitas DMH zoekt een trajectbegeleider in Groningen voor 24 tot 28 uur per week. Je begeleidt cliënten met een verstandelijke beperking en complexe problematiek, en werkt samen in een betrokken team dat professionaliteit en humor combineert.
Je krijgt een tijdelijk contract met intentie tot vast, een salaris tussen € 3.052,- en € 4.262,-, en extra vrije tijd. Kennis van systeemtheoretische principes en ervaring met LVB-cliënten zijn vereist.
