Stichting Zozijn Zorg in Wilp is op zoek naar een specialistisch begeleider die samen met ons een nieuw team vormgeeft. In deze rol biedt je zorg op maat aan cliënten met een licht verstandelijke beperking en complex gedrag.
Je biedt structuur via individuele dagprogramma's en werkt samen met cliënten aan hun ontwikkeling. Wij bieden een contract van 24-32 uur per week, mogelijkheden voor groei en aantrekkelijke secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden.
