KBenP in Oosterbeek zoekt een tijdelijke sociaal consulent jeugd die zal fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor jeugdigen en hun ouders. In deze rol breng je samen met hen de hulpvraag in beeld en stel je een toekomstgericht plan op, waarbij je zowel zelfstandige oplossingen als specialistische hulp inzet waar nodig.
Je werkt nauw samen met betrokken zorgprofessionals, houdt toezicht op de voortgang en veiligheidssituatie van betrokken kinderen en neemt actief deel aan casusbesprekingen. Deze functie vereist een zorgvuldige en stevige benadering, in een dynamisch werkveld waar je moet pionieren.
