Cadanz Welzijn in Groningen zoekt een Sociaal werker opvoedondersteuningen gezinsverzorgende voor 32-36 uur per week. Je ondersteunt gezinnen in de gemeente Eemsdelta met opvoedvraagstukken en biedt praktische hulp in hun dagelijks leven. Je maakt deel uit van een team dat zich richt op het vergroten van welzijn.
Wij bieden een contract van 1 jaar met intentie tot verlenging, collegiale ondersteuning en salariëring conform CAO Sociaal Werk.
