Stichting Kwintes in Bilthoven zoekt een woonbegeleider voor team Windehof, die dagelijkse ondersteuning biedt aan (jong) volwassenen met autisme. De rol vereist een niveau 4 zorgdiploma en affiniteit met de doelgroep. Flexibiliteit in werktijden is nodig.
Je helpt cliënten grip te krijgen op hun leven door het uitvoeren van persoonlijke begeleidingsplannen en zorgt voor een veilige en collegiale sfeer in het team. Een salaris tussen de €2.888,- en €3.917,- en mogelijkheden voor training en ontwikkeling worden geboden.
