Triade Vitree zoekt een Persoonlijk begeleider in Uithuizen. In deze rol ben jij de onmisbare schakel voor cliënten en collega's en zorg je voor kwalitatief goede begeleiding van cliënten met verstandelijke beperkingen. Je coördineert zorg, stelt ondersteuningsplannen op en begeleidt stagiaires en collega's.
Je komt te werken in een hecht team en ontvangt een salaris conform de CAO Gehandicaptenzorg van minimaal €2.893 en maximaal €3.902 bij een fulltime dienstverband. Daarnaast profiteer je van aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden en mogelijkheden voor bij- en nascholing.
