Location: Eeserveen
Zorgplein Noord zoekt per direct enthousiaste woonbegeleiders voor onze locatie Boerderij. In deze rol begeleid je cliënten met diverse zorgbehoeften in hun dagelijks leven. Je bent de veilige persoon voor hen en ondersteunt hen op verschillende manieren, ook bij het verzorgen van dieren.
Wij verwachten een afgeronde niveau SAW 3 of HBO Social Work en bieden een contract van 1 jaar tussen de 24 en 32 uur per week. Het salaris is volgens CAO Gehandicaptenzorg.
