Yadeborg zoekt een Pedagogisch medewerker voor een AMV‑woongroep in Veenhuizen. Je werkt vanuit een pedagogisch kader en bent medeverantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en realiseren van het begeleidingsplan, met zowel individuele als groepsbegeleiding zodat een veilige opgroeisituatie ontstaat.
Je hebt een sociaal agogische achtergrond (bachelor) en bent flexibel inzetbaar volgens een 24-uurs rooster. De functie kent een contract voor bepaalde tijd met 28 of 36 uur per week en behoort tot de CAO
