Stichting Phusis zoekt een woonbegeleider voor onze locatie Ellentshoek in Annerveenschekanaal. Je werkt in een jong, betrokken team aan een veilige en ontwikkelingsgerichte woonomgeving voor bewoners.
De rol omvat dagelijkse begeleiding, samenwerking met collega’s en het begeleiden van leerlingen en beginnende professionals. Een zorggerelateerd diploma is vereist en je bent minimaal 28 uur per week inzetbaar.
