Location: Urmond
Koraal zoekt een groepsleider voor de crisisgroep in Urmond. Jij begeleidt jongeren van 4 tot 18 jaar in het creëren van een veilige en rustgevende omgeving. De rol vraagt om geduld, probleemoplossend vermogen en de mogelijkheid om in onvoorspelbare situaties te handelen.
Je werkt in een team dat zich richt op de ontwikkeling van jongeren en biedt ondersteuning via cursussen en trainingen. Contract voor onbepaalde tijd voor 32 uur per week, met aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden.
