Emergis zoekt een ervaren ambulant hulpverlener die gezinnen bij onveiligheid ondersteunt. Je regisseert complexe hulpverlening, voert casemanagement uit en onderhoudt samenwerking met ketenpartners zoals politie en justitie.
Je werkt systeemgericht, bewaakt veiligheid en blijft betrokken bij gezinnen, ook in uitdagende situaties. Relevante registratie en een VOG zijn vereist, met mogelijkheid tot bereikbaarheidsdiensten.
