Interakt Contour zoekt een Begeleider voor een groep jongvolwassen bewoners met een licht verstandelijke beperking op locatie Huis ter Heide. Je begeleidt hen bij persoonlijke doelen en werkt aan zelfstandigheid en sociale vaardigheden.
Je werkt in onregelmatige diensten en maakt deel uit van een team met oog voor ontwikkeling. Een mbo-diploma en enige ervaring zijn vereist; een warme, flexibele houding is belangrijk.
