Behandelcentrum Wier zoekt een begeleider die patiënten met een lichte verstandelijke beperking ondersteunt bij dagelijkse activiteiten en zelfstandig wonen. Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team, vergroot de zelfstandigheid en vergemakkelijkt sociale situaties door duidelijke taal en structuur te bieden.
Je werkt in wisselende diensten: dagdienst, avonddienst en nachtdienst. Een zorgopleiding op mbo4/hbo/wo-niveau is vereist; ervaring in GGZ is een pré.
