Zorgplein Noord in Beilen zoekt een PERSOONLIJK BEGELEIDER voor onze woonlocatie in Beilen. De functie vraagt om 28-32 uren per week en biedt 24-uurs zorg en ondersteuning aan jongeren en (jong) volwassenen met complexe problematiek.
Je ondersteunt cliënten bij dagelijkse levensbehoeften, geeft inzicht in gedrag en werkt aan een veilige, prettige leefomgeving. Vereiste is minimaal MBO niveau 4 of zorggerelateerde HBO-propedeuse en relevante ervaring.
