Impactpersoneel zoekt Begeleider Gehandicaptenzorg om dagelijkse ondersteuning te bieden aan mensen met een verstandelijke beperking. Je werkt volgens het zorgplan en stemt af met behandelaren en collega’s.
Men verwacht ervaring met LVB en complexe hulpvragen, en kennis van omgaan met agressie en moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag. Een mbo-4 diploma is vereist, en zelfstandigheid en flexibiliteit zijn essentieel.
