De Pont in Assen zoekt een sociotherapeut die samen met een multidisciplinair behandelteam het leefklimaat op de afdeling bewaakt en coördineert. Je levert een bijdrage in diagnostiek en behandeling van patiënten en denkt mee over het behandelplan, risicotaxatie en delictpreventie.
Je werkt onregelmatig met vroege/late diensten, weekenddiensten en incidentele nachtdiensten en hebt een diploma Social Work, SPH of HBO-V. Je staat open voor ontwikkeling binnen een uitdagende forensische context.
