Interakt Contour zoekt een pedagogisch begeleider voor een kleinschalige behandelgroep in Maarsbergen. Je werkt met zes jongeren (12–18) die intensieve begeleiding nodig hebben, bouwt vertrouwen op en biedt structuur met behandelplannen. Je observeert, rapporteert en stemt af met het netwerk van professionals.
Je bent traumasensitief, blijft kalm bij spanning, en werkt systemisch samen met ouders en betrokkenen aan groei en ontwikkeling.
