Stichting Sprank zoekt een betrokken Persoonlijk Begeleider voor 20–24 uur per week in Bunschoten. U werkt in een team met zorgprofessionals en familie om een veilig thuis voor bewoners te creëren.
U stelt zorgplannen op, levert verzorging, verstrekt medicatie waar nodig en ondersteunt bij sociale netwerken en ontwikkeling. Een mbo-4 of hbo-opleiding in zorg of Social Work is vereist; christelijke levensovertuiging wordt gevraagd.
