Gemiva zoekt een betrokken persoonlijk begeleider voor Serviceteam Ebbe en Vloed, een dagbestedingslocatie. Je ondersteunt cliënten met uiteenlopende zorgvragen en coördineert de zorg rondom hen in samenwerking met het team.
Je werkt met cliënten met verschillende beperkingen en ontwikkelt samen met hen hun zelfredzaamheid via praktische taken en begeleidende activiteiten. Het betreft een jaarcontract met uitzicht op vaste aanstelling.
