Kempenhaeghe zoekt een Begeleider crisisfunctie voor Berkenlaan 11-13 in Sterksel. Je werkt met acht bewoners met matige tot ernstige verstandelijke beperking, Epilepsie en gedragsproblematiek in een huiselijke groepswoning.
Als onderdeel van het Centrum voor Epilepsiewoonzorg (CEW) werk je samen met wonen en dagbesteding aan rust, structuur en nabijheid. Je handelt proactief bij escalaties en signaleert veranderingen tijdig.
