Sius zoekt een Persoonlijk Begeleider voor Hof van Flierbeek in Lichtenvoorde. Je biedt maatwerkbegeleiding aan cliënten met een matige verstandelijke beperking, sluit aan bij hun hulpvragen en draagt bij aan hun zelfstandigheid. Het team werkt op een 24-uurs woonvoorziening met meerdere cliënten.
Je draait mee in slaapdiensten en werkt 24–28 uur per week. Salaris conform CAO Gehandicaptenzorg FWG 3.0, met vakantietoeslag, eindejaarsuitkering en persoonlijk budget.
