Je voert intakegesprekken en geeft helder advies over rechten, plichten en mogelijke oplossingen, met empathie en een doelgerichte aanpak.
Je past maatwerk toe in samenwerking met collegas en ketenpartners, begeleidt inwoners bij complexe vraagstukken en draagt bij aan projecten binnen het sociaal domein.
