Bij Lievegoed 'De Pauw' in Bilthoven word je betrokken bij een antroposofische zorgaanpak voor mensen met een licht verstandelijke beperking. Als Persoonlijk Begeleider LVB+ ondersteun je bewoners met persoonlijke groei en zelfstandigheid op een bosrijk terrein.
Je levert zorg, maakt zorgplannen en werkt samen met een multidisciplinair team. Een mbo-diploma zorg, affiniteit met LVB+ en een mensgerichte houding zijn vereist; reiskostenvergoeding en ruimte voor scholing zijn mogelijk.
