Location: Nooitgedacht
Zorgplein Noord zoekt Woonbegeleiders om (jong) volwassenen te ondersteunen bij een beschermde woonomgeving, inclusief slaap- en weekenddiensten. De functie is op afroep inzetbaar voor 8–16 uren per week en biedt dynamique samenwerking met een enthousiast team.
Een tijdelijk dienstverband met uitzicht op vast bij goed functioneren. Salaris volgens CAO Sociaal Werk schaal 5, met inschaling gebaseerd op ervaring; pensioenregeling PFZW en loopbaanbudget aanwezig.
