Location: Doorwerth
Stichting Philadelphia Zorg zoekt een Begeleider Dagbesteding in Doorwerth voor 18 of 20 uur per week op vaste dagen. Je werkt op Mooi Land en biedt betekenisvolle dagbesteding aan ouder wordende cliënten en MVG, met aandacht, structuur en begeleiding bij activiteiten.
De functie is op locatie Mooi Land, werkt in een klein team en je leert Triple C en belevingsgerichte zorg toe te passen. Een vast rooster overdag en mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen kenmerken de functie.
