Abrona zoekt Begeleider Intensieve Zorg op Sterrenberglaan 10 in Huis ter Heide (nabij Zeist) voor 24-36 uur per week. Je werkt vanuit Triple C en belevingsgerichte zorg, met focus op structuur, veiligheid en behoud van eigen regie bij bewoners met een verstandelijke beperking en psychische uitdaging.
Je werkt in een dynamische, actieve setting met bewoners die stabiele begeleiding en betrokkenheid nodig hebben.
