Stichting Prisma zoekt een begeleider voor Landpark Assisië nabij Tilburg. Je begeleidt cliënten met een verstandelijke beperking in dagelijkse structuur en draagt bij aan hun zelfstandigheid. Je werkt vanuit een cliëntplan en zorgt voor een veilige sfeer op de groep.
Het gaat om een jaarcontract (16–36 uur/week) met uitzicht op vaste aanstelling. Arbeidsvoorwaarden conform CAO Gehandicaptenzorg, plus reiskostenvergoeding, 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering, pensioen en scholingsmogelijkheden.
