Sjaloom Zorg zoekt een Persoonlijk begeleider A op Bestenwaerd, gelegen op Goeree-Overflakkee in Zeeland. Je combineert zorg en begeleiding en helpt bewoners hun dag te starten, terwijl je verder kijkt dan de zorgvraag en inspeelt op welzijn en veiligheid.
Je werkt in een betrokken team met aandacht voor leren en ontwikkeling; als medewerker krijg je kans om MMZ niveau 4 te volgen en dit op kosten van de organisatie te doen. Salaire en arbeidsvoorwaarden volgen de CAO Gehandicaptenzorg.
