Location: Heel
Koraal in Sint Anna, Heel zoekt een enthousiaste Begeleider Gehandicaptenzorg volwassenen voor 20-24 uur per week. Je begeleidt bewoners met een licht tot matig verstandelijke beperking en draagt bij aan structuur en zelfstandigheid in de woonvorm Heerepad 21-23 in Heel.
Je werkt in een betrokken team, met aandacht voor veilige, warme omgang en afstemming op de behoeften van bewoners en omgeving. Flexibele uren en samenwerking binnen het kernteam zijn mogelijk.
