ESA is seeking a MS Dynamics CRM Solution Expert for its premises in either Noordwijk, Netherlands or Frascati, Italy. The role involves end‑to‑end solution design, configuration, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the Power Platform across the project lifecycle.

The European Space Agency (ESA) is an intergovernmental organisation committed to studying space and increasing global awareness of current space exploration and related scientific research. ESA outlines and implements the European space programme, developing satellite technologies and using space data to study Earth and climate.

• Translate client requirements into clear technical specifications in collaboration with consultants and business analysts.
• Design and customise Dynamics modules to meet business needs.
• Develop client‑side scripts, plugins, and integrations to extend Dynamics functionality with a strong focus on UI/UX.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve performance, and drive innovation within Dynamics development.
• Design and implement data integrations between Dynamics and external systems using industry‑standard tools.
• Use Dynamics 365 analytics and Power BI to deliver actionable customer insights.
• Perform unit and integration testing to ensure component quality and performance.
• Gather requirements and provide business analysis through collaboration with stakeholders and users.
• Contribute to Dynamics CRM and Power Platform standards and governance.

Mandatory:

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Hands‑on experience with Dynamics CRM and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI).
• Strong hands‑on expertise in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform customisation.
• End‑to‑end knowledge of the Azure ecosystem and Microsoft Dynamics platform architecture.
• Designing and implementing workflows and business processes in Dynamics CRM.
• Proven background in developing and deploying custom Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Solid understanding of the Microsoft digital ecosystem (Dynamics, SharePoint, Power Platform, etc.).
• Desire to work both autonomously and as part of a team in an international multicultural environment.
• Solution oriented mindset, with a customer focused communication skill.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Highly desirable:

• Experience with additional Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Pages) to extend Dynamics 365 capabilities.
