Parcel Delivery

As a courier at DHL Express, you spend your day on the road making customers happy. Your shift starts at the service center, where you receive the latest updates during the morning briefing. After that, you organize your shipments, load your van, and head out fully prepared — with a coffee in hand and your favorite music playing.

Each day, you’ll deliver and collect around 50 to 80 shipments. You’re also responsible for completing all necessary administration accurately, including customs documents and waybills. Once your route is completed, you return to the depot, hand everything in neatly, and professionally wrap up your day — ready to do it all again tomorrow.

You are the difference-maker, both on the road and in your interactions with customers. As the face of DHL Express, you are friendly, reliable, and service-oriented. You value the independence the role offers, while also taking ownership of your responsibilities. Your positive attitude also makes you a great colleague within the team.

Je bent een klantgerichte en betrouwbare bezorger die graag onderweg is en netjes met pakketten én mensen omgaat.

• At least 2 years holding a valid Category B driver’s license
• Good command of Dutch or English (both spoken and understood)
• Physically capable of lifting packages up to 20 kg
• A strong customer-focused mindset and passion for service
• A Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG)
• Enthusiasm, energy, and a team-oriented attitude
• Experience as a courier, driver, or delivery worker is a plus
