Warehouse Employee

We are looking for an enthusiastic Warehouse Employee who will be responsible for receiving, processing, storing and shipping goods in a warehouse according to set standard work and KPIs.

• Unloading, inspecting, and documenting incoming shipments; verifying order accuracy and ensuring proper storage.
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment according to customer specifications, ensuring all items are correctly labelled and packaged.
• Conducting regular inventory checks, maintaining accurate records, reporting discrepancies, and assisting in inventory control.
• Safely operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks; performing routine maintenance checks on equipment.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment and following all safety protocols and procedures.
• Collaborating with other warehouse staff and supervisors to meet daily operational goals and communicating effectively to resolve issues.

• Minimum 2 consecutive years in a logistics/warehouse/distribution environment in a similar role.
• MBO educational level is an advantage.
• Certificate for safely operating forklifts, stacker, order picker, and reach truck.
• Proficiency in Dutch to understand work instructions and communicate effectively; basic knowledge of English is a plus.
• Knowledge of working with hazardous materials is an advantage.
