Are you an experienced logistics professional who enjoys keeping operations moving, supporting your team, and making sure every day runs smoothly? We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Venlo
.
In this role, you will be at the heart of the warehouse operation. You will coordinate day‑to‑day activities of your team, support performance and quality, help train and motivate colleagues, and play an important part in creating a safe, efficient and positive working environment.
What you do on a typical day- Coordinate the daily operational workflow and help ensure targets, quality standards and customer expectations are met
- Support activities such as picking, packing, scanning, kitting, counting products and other warehouse processes
- Assign tasks, monitor progress and check work is completed accurately and on time
- Train new team members and help them settle into their role, processes and ways of working
- Coach, motivate and support colleagues to build a positive and productive team environment
- Promote a safe workplace and help resolve day‑to‑day operational or team‑related issues where needed
- Participate in Lean Warehousing activities and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
- Identify gaps in processes or procedures and report these to your supervisor or manager
- Communicate with the Team Leader on operational progress, order status and key developments
- Identify and report incidents, ensuring tasks are monitored, recorded and followed up correctly
- Support performance discussions and contribute input for employee reviews
- Work with warehouse systems such as SAP and WMS
- HAVO / MBO level education, secondary education or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar logistics, warehouse or distribution environment
- Minimum 1 year of experience leading, coordinating or supporting a team in logistics, distribution or warehouse operations
- Strong communication and coaching skills, with the ability to share knowledge clearly and support others
- Availability to work shifts during peak season from January to May:
Monday to Friday, 06:00–15:00 / 15:00–00:00, or alternatively 06:00–18:00 outside peak season from June to December (40 hours per week) - You live in or near Venlo, or are happy to commute to the site
- Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of Polish is an advantage
