Timing zoekt een Shiftmanager in Coevorden om dagelijks een enthousiast team op de werkvloer aan te sturen. De rol is fulltime (40 uur per week) en kent twee ploegen: 06:00-15:00 en 15:00-23:00.
Je waarborgt kwaliteit, veiligheid en productiviteit en krijgt ruimte voor eigen ideeën en leiderschap. Dagelijks start je met planning en team aansturing, bewaak je voortgang en kwaliteit, werk je met ERP- en WMS-systemen en streef je naar efficiëntie en verbetering.
