Responsibilitiesincludereceiving,moving,picking,andshippingproducts,operatingPITs,ensuringpropertracking,andmaintainingwarehousesafety.

Idealcandidatethrivesinadynamicenvironment,proficientinhandheldscanning,PIToperation,followsprocesses,andisastrongteamplayer.

Responsibilities

• Assessbottlenecksinworkprocesseswithinteamstostreamlineandsimplifyworkflow.
• Identifyareaswhereefficiencyandprocessimprovementareneededwithinownworkarea.
• Applynewideasorapproachestoownworktoenhanceoutputs.
• Useestablishedtoolsandtechniquestotrackprogressrelatedtoimplementingprocessimprovements.
• Learnandsupporttheprocessesofreceiving,shippingandwarehousingmaterials
• Collectinformationtounderstandproblemsandidentifytheirorigin.
• Researcheventsandknownsolutionsforbasicorroutineproblems.
• Implementprescribedstepsandensureseffectiveresolution,escalatingtroubleshootingifneeded.
• Demonstrateattentionduringdiscussionsbytakingnotesandaskingclarifyingquestions.
• Demonstrateawarenessofnon-verbalbehavior/cues(i.e.,body language) whenlisteningandcommunicating.
• Restateandreflectbackinformationtocheckforunderstanding.
• Workwithsupervisorstosetgoalsandprioritiesforindividualworkandmanagestimeefficientlytoaccomplishgoals.

Experience Required

• 2-5yearsofwarehousingexperiencepreferred
• Abilitytolift
  25kg
• Strongverbalandwrittencommunicationskills
