Description du poste

Fournisseurs

• Traitement des factures fournisseurs et des notes de frais

• Préparation des paiements (DTA, e-banking, Netting), gestion des rappels et suivi des litiges

• Traitement des courriels dans les boîtes génériques

Clients

• Gestion des acomptes clients, suivi des échéances débiteurs, envoi des rappels et des relevés

• Préparation et soumission du reporting Flash

Trésorerie

• Saisie des écritures bancaires et contrôle de la caisse

• Reporting hebdomadaire du cash forecast

Comptabilité générale et divers

• Contribution aux travaux de clôture mensuelle et annuelle

• Contribution à la préparation des audits

• Soutien aux tâches administratives diverses

Profil attendu

Expérience en clôture financière depuis minimum 3 ans
Bonnes connaissances Excel
Français et anglais, allemand souhaitable
Fiable, organisé et structuré avec un esprit d’équipe et sens de responsabilité
Communication ouverte, agréable et claire
Microsoft Dynamics Business Central un atout
