Coordinateur du service après vente pour l'entièreté de la Suisse, votre rôle est crutial :
- Garantir une entière satisfaction client
- Être le SPOC des clients pour toutes les demandes liées aux réparations, installations, mises en service, inspections et contrats de maintenance.
- Planifier et coordonner les interventions des techniciens de service afin d’assurer une utilisation optimale des ressources.
- Préparer des devis et des offres commerciales en collaboration avec les équipes internes.
- Gestion complète des commandes, du suivi administratif à la facturation.
Pour cela, vous pilotez une équipe de cinq techniciens SAV, en Suisse-Allemand et en Français. À l'aise avec la relation client, vous avez une connaissance et expérience de l'industrie au sens large.
