Albedis - Genève recherche un(e) Conducteur / Conductrice de Travaux Junior pour gérer des chantiers variés de 2 à 15 millions CHF à Neuchâtel. Le rôle inclut le pilotage complet des chantiers, la gestion des plannings et des coûts, ainsi que l'analyse des offres.
Le candidat idéal devra avoir quelques années d'expérience confirmées en direction des travaux en Suisse, maîtriser le cycle de construction et être proactif dans une structure à taille humaine.
