Scientist, Validation & Investigation
We are looking for a talented Scientist, Validation & Investigation to support our client.
Missions- Execute validation and qualification activities for equipment, systems, and processes.
- Author and review validation documentation, protocols, reports, and risk assessments.
- Support new product introductions and lifecycle management of validated systems.
- Lead deviation investigations, root cause analyses, and CAPA implementation.
- Assess change controls and their impact on qualified systems and validated processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, QC, Manufacturing, Engineering, MS&T).
- Support audits, inspections, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related scientific field.
- 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, validation, quality, or related areas.
- Strong knowledge of GMP/cGxP requirements and regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication, technical writing, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience supporting Health Authority inspections is a plus.
