. We're looking for an exceptional Principal Low-Power Wireless SoC Architect to lead the design of cutting-edge wireless platforms powering IoT, automotive, industrial, medical and consumer applications
. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced semiconductor architect with 15+ years of wireless SoC and RF CMOS design experience who wants to influence products from concept through high-volume production. Working alongside world-class RF, analog, digital and embedded software engineers
, you'll drive system-level architecture, shape future technology roadmaps, and deliver innovative ultra-low-power semiconductor solutions used worldwide.
As the technical authority for next-generation wireless SoCs, you'll define the overall system architecture and make critical design decisions that optimize power consumption, performance and manufacturing cost
. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to guide products from concept through silicon validation and production while helping shape future product roadmaps and technology strategy.
You hold a Master's or PhD in Electrical or Computer Engineering and bring 15+ years of experience in wireless SoC and RF CMOS design
.
You have a proven track record of bringing low-power wireless SoCs into production and possess deep expertise in wireless architectures, RF integration and system-level design
. You enjoy solving complex engineering challenges, influencing technical direction and collaborating across international teams.
Experience with
Bluetooth® Low Energy (BLE),
advanced semiconductor process nodes (22nm or below),
ultra-low-voltage design
, or automotive and medical semiconductor standards would be considered a strong advantage.
