État de Neuchâtel recherche un ingénieur-e en environnement expérimenté-e pour diriger le Service des ponts et chaussées (OEDN). Vous piloterez les activités liées aux lacs, cours d'eau et dangers naturels, et assurerez le suivi des plans d'action et des projets stratégiques au niveau cantonal.
Vous coordonnerez les dossiers techniques et financiers, veillant à la gestion des concessions hydrauliques et à l'utilisation du domaine public des eaux, tout en travaillant avec les partenaires publics
