Senior Process Engineer

For one of our clients, we are looking for a Senior Process Engineer to support the assessment and improvement of manufacturing facilities operating within a GMP-regulated environment.

• Assess the operational excellence and performance of GMP manufacturing facilities.
• Guide improvement initiatives aimed at increasing plant performance, efficiency and reliability.
• Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and recommend sustainable improvements.
• Assess supplier operating models, technical capabilities and process performance.
• Investigate material failures and support the identification of their root causes.
• Collaborate with technical, operational and business stakeholders across different facilities.
• Communicate assessment results, improvement opportunities and recommendations clearly.

• Degree or equivalent qualification/experience in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Several years of professional experience as a Process Engineer.
• Good understanding of GMP principles and how GMP-regulated manufacturing environments operate.
• Professional fluency in English. Additional languages are an advantage.

• Knowledge of material science or material processing.
• Experience investigating material-related defects or failures.
