Wireless SoC Architect | RF & Mixed-Signal IC Design
Type: Permanent | Full-time | On-site
Have you taken a wireless SoC from architecture through to production silicon?
I'm recruiting for a senior semiconductor architecture opportunity in Switzerland, focused on low-power wireless IC development.
This is a hands‑on technical leadership role for an engineer who can take ownership of complete SoC architecture, make critical design decisions and guide wireless silicon products towards production.
The Role- Define end-to-end wireless SoC architecture and hardware/software partitioning.
- Lead architectural decisions across RF, analogue, digital and embedded subsystems.
- Optimise power, performance, silicon area and cost.
- Oversee IP integration and resolve complex chip-level design challenges.
- Provide technical direction through design, verification, silicon validation and production.
- 15+ years' experience in wireless SoC development, RF CMOS or closely related semiconductor design.
- Proven ownership of whole-chip architecture and key silicon design decisions.
- A track record of delivering wireless ICs into production.
- Strong RF, mixed-signal integration and ultra-low-power design expertise.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary semiconductor engineering teams.
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
This is a silicon architecture position, rather than a firmware or board‑level systems role.
