API S.A. recherche un Technicien support informatique pour assurer le support technique de niveaux 1 et 2 auprès des étudiants et des collaborateurs de l'institution.
Vous participerez aux tournus de support (hotline, guichet d'accueil physique et gestion du système de tickets). Vous installerez, configurerez, maintiendrez et réparerez le matériel et les logiciels. Vous analyserez les pannes et contribuerez au suivi des incidents sur les différents sites; vous rédigerez les procédures techniques.
